The GEM SL Exposure Unit is a semiautomatic light box for fiche duplication. It will expose both diazo and vesicular film with a minimal loss of resolution.

The GEM SL accepts COM, AB Dick, or step and repeat fiche: 105 mm x 48 mm or 4"x6" formats, as well as aperture cards. It is compact and light weight.

The GEM SL incorporates a newly developed lamp. This unique light source greatly reduces the size, weight and energy consumption of the GEM SL compared to all other exposure devices. It provides for instant use together with energy conservation.

The GEM SD Developer will develop any standard diazo duplicating film which has been properly exposed in a light box. It uses treated paper, known as a Coupler Sheet, for this process.

The GEM SD Developer can also develop vesicular film (without the need for Coupler Sheets) and diazo aperture cards.

The GEMINI process is a non-ammonia diazo film developing system. Because is does not use ammonia, it can be located within the office environment. The GEM SD Developer utilizes a Coupler Sheet to image the duplicate film. The GEMINI duplicate has a resolution and density which is even, consistent and as close to that of the master as is possible ... reliably ... fiche to fiche.

The GEM SD Developer is simple to operate. Just feed the film in the front... and seconds later, the finished duplicate comes back out the front of the unit. No chasing around to grab the duplicate on the other side.
