Shipping and Sales Tax
Policy |
We can accept orders anytime,
24 hours a day, seven days a week, via our web site or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST
M-F by telephone. Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval)
within 24 hours of being placed, if placed Monday - Thursday. Orders placed
Friday (after 2:00 pm PST) - Sunday will be processed the next business day.
A business day is Monday - Friday, except holidays. Orders shipped via UPS
services cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. Please make sure to
provide a physical shipping address.

Paypal, VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Diners Club & Discover Credit Cards for domestic
orders under $2500. Domestic orders over $2500 are subject to credit card
approval and may require payment in advance by check or bank wire.
International credit card orders are limited to $500. Larger
international transactions require payment in advance via Bank Wire or
Western Union. To place an order over telephone, give us a call toll-free at
1-800-488-7948 and we'll be happy to assist you with your purchase.

Return Policy and Information
| Return policy |
| To return a product to Document Imaging Supply Co.,
you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10
business days of your receiving your order. This can be done by submitting
an RA request with a customer service representative on the phone at
(909)581-3503. A customer services representative will be happy to assist
you with your return. No returns of any type will be accepted without an
RA number. DIS reserves the right to repair or replace any faulty
equipment during the warranty period rather than issue a Return
Authorization. Product shipped to DIS without prior RA approval will
be refused and the product will be returned to the buyer. |
| Document Imaging Supply Co. accepts returns
for exchange or store credit on
merchandise from select manufacturers within 10 days of receiving your
order. Original shipping charges are not credited on returned items unless
there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges back to DISC on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by DISC. |
| Returns within 10 days of receiving your order can be
for exchange or credit at DISC discretion. Please be aware that specific
manufacturers have more restrictive return policies and restocking fees of
up to 25% may apply to some approved returns. All products returned
MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing
materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals,
blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by
the manufacturer.
Non-stock special order equipment, Used &
Refurbished Equipment or Microfilm / Document Production Scanners or built upon order equipment
can not be returned. Cancellations during production of built upon order equipment,
before shipment is made are subject to restocking charges of up to 25%. If purchased by credit card, an
additional 3% chargeback fee will be deducted from any
valid DIS approved return. |
| Customer is responsible for shipping charges on
returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid
for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping
cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid by DISC.
The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First
Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not credit the extra
shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if
the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground
Shipping. |
| DISC strongly recommends you fully insure your return
shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can
provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If equipment
arrives damaged, save the equipment and the original box and packing it
arrived in, notify DISC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection
and a pick up of damaged equipment.
